Dick Jones has brought his company from $0 - $40 million in revenues during the past 8 years. His staff has grown from 3 employees to 150. Many of the original employees are still in place and have "grown up" with the business. Dick can no longer remain involved in every detail as he once did, and his staff have not had the opportunity to develop deep expertise in their functional areas.
